Reunion Wrap Up

Thank you Rough Riders for attending the 20 year reunion. A fun time was had by all!

Reunion attendees brought 38 filled backpacks, and 20 new unfilled backpacks were donated by Leah S W. We also collected $450 towards the purchase of additional backpacks and supplies, helping us to get very close to our goal of 100. If you weren't able to do so before, you can still support the project by sending a monetary donation to me through paypal. Donate $20 and a packpack will be made in your name. And thanks to Edwina Ammonds, who pledged to get us to our goal if we fall short!!

Cara Ridge will coordinate the distribution of the backpacks to FUSD, and Kris Gomez will be doing the shopping for additional packs with the donated money.
